What cookies may be installed when you visit the support community?

Cookie lifespan?

There are two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporarily created in your browser’s subfolder when you visit a website. Once you leave the site, the session cookie is deleted.
Persistent cookie files remain in your browser’s subfolder and are reactivated once you visit the website that created that specific cookie. A persistent cookie remains in the browser subfolder for the duration defined in the cookie file.
In general, the validity period of a cookie is a maximum of 13 months.

Can I refuse cookies from being stored on my computer?

You are not required to accept cookies on your device. However, we cannot guarantee the same user experience if you choose to delete cookies.

How can I configure and delete cookies?

- Browser settings and consequences of your choices:

It will explain how to refuse new cookies, receive a notification when they are received, or disable cookies either systematically or depending on their issuer. You can also manually delete cookies.
